Hi, I’m Cynthia

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q), Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), and Art Therapist living on the Coast Salish Territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples, also known as Victoria, British Columbia. My work is grounded in the belief that creative expression can be a powerful pathway to healing, insight, and growth. I bring both professional expertise and creative sensitivity to support mental and emotional well-being.

I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and PTSD. Whether you’re navigating significant changes, processing trauma, or managing everyday stress, I strive to create a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of balance and empowerment.

Outside of my work with clients, I find restoration in time spent outdoors and in creative practice. Camping, hiking, and making art in nature are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I’m especially drawn to quiet, grounding moments — a cool dip in the ocean, the sound of a good rainstorm, or an evening at home curled up with a book and my dog, Midge.

These experiences help ground me, and I bring that sense of calm and presence into my work, supporting clients as they discover their own sources of comfort, strength, and renewal.
