Hi, I’m Cynthia

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) and Art Therapist living on the Coast Salish Territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples, also known as Victoria, British Columbia. My work is grounded in the belief that creative expression can be a powerful pathway to healing and growth.

Alongside my training as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the ACCT and as a member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association, I bring both professional expertise and creative insight to support mental and emotional well-being.

I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, life transitions, PTSD, and the unique challenges of women’s health. Whether you’re navigating major changes, processing trauma, or coping with everyday stress, I strive to create a supportive space where you can explore your emotions, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a sense of balance and empowerment.

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time outdoors, creating and connecting with nature. Camping, hiking, and making art outside are some of my favorite ways to recharge. There’s something so peaceful about a cool dip in the ocean or listening to a good rainstorm. I also cherish quiet moments at home, curled up on the couch with a book and my dog, Midge.

These experiences ground me, and I bring that calm into my work, helping clients discover their own spaces of comfort and renewal.
