The Shape of My Yes / The Shape of My No

Without using words at first, create two shapes:

  • one that represents yes (what feels open, aligned, or nourishing)

  • one that represents no (what feels tight, draining, or misaligned)

Notice size, edges, pressure, color. Afterward, add a few words if they want — or leave it purely visual.
