Voices Inside
This art journaling prompt is about noticing the different parts of yourself—the inner voices that show up in your life. Some may be supportive, others critical, some playful, some quiet. All of them have something to say.
Step 1: Make the Circle
Draw a big circle on your page. This represents your inner world.
Step 2: Invite the Voices
Inside the circle, create small shapes, figures, or symbols for the voices you notice within yourself. Examples:
The Encourager
The Doubter
The Protector
The Dreamer
You can give them colors, textures, or words if you want.
Step 3: See How They Relate
Look at how these voices sit together. Are some taking up more space? Are others tucked away in the corners? Do any of them overlap or touch? Add marks that show their relationships.
This is not about silencing or fixing them—it’s about listening and seeing them share the same space.
